What You Will Do
Advise clients on federal income tax aspects of complex business transactions, structure and negotiate tax-efficient solutions for private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Active Bar membership in good standing
- 4–6 years of transactional tax experience at a law firm
- Experience advising on private equity transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures
- Experience with fund formations, investment funds, or related transactions is a plus
- Strong analytical, drafting, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
