The Luau Porter position is responsible for setting up, servicing, and breaking down all events at Germaine’s Luau in accordance with the company’s operations standards. The incumbent must provide high-level service to guests, maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization, and adhere to company values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of various types of equipment and set up styles
  • Ability to lift and move multiple tables and chairs weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
