Gluer Inspector / Packer

We are looking for a dependable Gluer Inspector / Packer to join our Finishing Department in Sheboygan, WI. In this role, you'll support our folder/gluer and window machine operations by feeding materials, inspecting product quality, and packing finished cartons.

What You Will Do

Feed materials and pack finished product on folder/gluer and window machines. Rotate hourly between feeding, inspecting, case making, and palletizing duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or a genuine interest in learning how machinery operates and is maintained strongly preferred
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility
• Ability to read, follow written and verbal instructions, and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Comfortable rotating between multiple responsibilities throughout the shift
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in growing within the Finishing Department and advancing into machine operation roles preferred
