Job Description
Sailor Health is on a mission to reinvent the aging experience in America by building an AI-native health system for happier and healthier aging. We are looking for a GM of New Verticals to launch new care lines from $0M to $5M in 9 months, own the P&L, and build the operational backbone of each care line.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of building experience, with ownership of a P&L or business unit and delivery of exceptional results
  • World-class operator with speed, operational rigor, and sharp judgment
  • Customer-obsessed, with a passion for building products and experiences that customers love
  • Data-driven operator with a deep understanding of spreadsheets and unit economics
  • AI operator with experience using AI to drive better results and 10x output
  • A+ player with a hunger to win and a proven track record of being a top performer in high-intensity environments
