Role Overview

Assists the Program Director in administrative activities related to ACGME residency or fellowship, coordinates medical student rotations, and assists with house staff budget. Has advanced knowledge of GME interface with legal, HR, and other offices. Designs and tracks faculty development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required) or Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working in an academic setting, preferably in a residency program (Required)
  • Certified Training Adminstrators in Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, attention to detail and accuracy skill set (Required proficiency)
  • Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point (Required proficiency)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required proficiency)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Required proficiency)
  • Understanding of curricular design and faculty development (Required proficiency)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor change (Required proficiency)
