Job Description
Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for its SIMBA Voice Agents product. The role involves building and maintaining outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, deploying AI agents, and tracking top-of-funnel performance.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
  • You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
