Job Description
Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and CRM architecture. The role involves building and maintaining outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product
