Job Description
The Go-To-Market Specialist role at Holley Performance Brands is responsible for executing product launches and campaigns within the Safety & Racing division, ensuring all assets, channels, and cross-functional teams are aligned and ready for market. The role involves launch planning and execution, channel and asset readiness, GTM tools and content engineering support, traditional media management, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, eCommerce, or launch coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Understanding of DTC, marketplace, B2B, and distributor channel dynamics
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with marketing tools or platforms (or ability to quickly learn new systems)
