Role OverviewThe Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our golfers by maintaining the golf cart fleet and providing exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean and well-maintained fleet of golf carts, preparing carts for golfers, assisting golfers with cart operation, and providing courteous and friendly service to members and guests.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
- Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team Members
- Must work well with others
