Job Description
Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking a Golf Cart Server to deliver food and beverage orders to guests on the golf course or designated areas. The successful candidate will provide excellent, friendly, and prompt service, maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's menu, and ensure all orders are served with proper presentation, quality, and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a passion for providing top-notch guest service
  • Physical stamina to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
