Role OverviewThe Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for supporting the Director Golf Course Maintenance with day-to-day operations, including developing and managing turf grass and plant material maintenance programs, overseeing property and asset management, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Provide agronomic oversight, supervise chemical applications and record-keeping, oversee the safe operation of golf course mechanical equipment, maintain the golf course to the highest standards, control expenses, and collaborate with the Head Golf Professional.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Golf Course Maintenance, a minimum of 1 year of experience in preparing and managing budgets, and a current State Pesticide Applicators License.
Requirements
- An associates and/or bachelor’s degree in Turf Management or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Golf Course Maintenance
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in preparing and managing budgets for the golf course and landscape maintenance departments
- A minimum of 1 year of technical knowledge of all equipment, products, and resources related to golf course operations
- Current State Pesticide Applicators License or successfully completed within 90 days of employment
- Valid driver’s license
