Role OverviewThe Golf Greenskeeper is responsible for assisting in the general upkeep and maintenance of the golf greens. They will be involved in the precision mowing of greens, tees, aprons, approaches, fairways, roughs, bunker maintenance, divot repair program, and a variety of golf course maintenance programs.
What You Will Do
Properly mows greens and tees, operates tractors, assists with landscaping, responsible for bunker maintenance, repairs divots throughout course, rakes sand traps, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Valid Oregon drivers license
- Excellent equipment operation skills
- Good mechanical understanding and ability
- Excellent leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of the game of golf
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to accurately follow instructions, both verbal and written
- Ability to ensure a teamwork environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
