What You Will Do
Manage and lead the daily operations of the maintenance shop, plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs, diagnose mechanical issues, and ensure timely, cost-effective repairs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as a mechanic
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of small engines, landscaping equipment, trailers, and light- to medium-duty trucks
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
