Job Description
The Golf Outside Operations Supervisor plays a central role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for every guest. This position oversees all outside golf operations, including guest services, Toptracer programming, and support for tournaments and group events.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays.
  • PGA Member or Apprentice preferred (or equivalent professional teaching experience)
  • Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, swing mechanics, and instructional techniques
  • Experience using golf technology and swing analysis tools; Toptracer experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching
  • Ability to engage guests of varying ages and skill levels
  • Professional demeanor aligned with Hyatt service standards
