Role OverviewAs a Player Assistant at Cragun's Legacy Courses, you are the first point of contact for golfers on the course, ensuring they have a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable round of golf. You'll assist with managing the pace of play, providing course information, and offering on-course support to make every golfer's experience the best it can be.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, welcoming and greeting golfers, ensuring smooth flow of play, assisting with course navigation, providing course information, and supporting on-course needs.

Requirements
- Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Comfortable interacting with golfers of all skill levels and handling on-course issues as they arise.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assist with course navigation and provide detailed course information.
- Prior experience in golf or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid Driver's License
