Job Description
The Golf Pro Shop Retail Attendant is responsible for assisting in the management of the day to day operations of our golf revenue centers, maintaining a clean and organized proshop, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Assist in booking/ collecting all golf tee-times
  • Maintain a clean and organized proshop at all times
  • Answer all phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Maximize ancillary revenue through strategic selling
  • Ensure all standards of the resort are upheld
  • Perform any other reasonable related duties as requested
  • Exhibit professional behavior at all times
  • Maintain professional appearance and work uniform
