Job Description
Seeking a Golf Ranger/Starter to join our team at one of the premier places to work in Northeast Florida. Must have a flexible schedule, attend training, and enforce golf course rules.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
  • Arrive to work on time, consistently.
  • Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
  • Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
  • Maintain customary pace of golf play – 4 hours Ocean Course, 3:45 hours Lagoon course.
  • Enforce all golf course rules politely.
  • Perform and follow up on any other duties as assigned by the Assistant and/or Head Golf Professional.
  • Keep detailed notes of golf course maintenance problems, golf cart problems, and daily log of traffic, inform Assistant and/or Head Pro.
  • Actively work to greet members and guests by name, getting to know their personal preferences.
  • Display pleasing personality to all members and guests.
