Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Golf Shop Assistant to provide superior service to our guests and assist with golf shop operations. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, customer service-centric, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous golf experience is not required, but knowledge of the game is preferred.
Requirements
Maintain professional appearance
Process customer reservations
Provide customer service
Arrange and display golf shop inventory
Collect green and cart fees
Issue receipts
Take messages
Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and supplies
Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges
Perform clean-up and closing procedures
