Job Description
Maintains a professional and presentable Golf Shop, provides support to Player Assistants and department staff, and conducts reservation procedures for tee times.

Requirements

  • Greets and communicates with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answers the telephone and provides information on tee times and other golf course information
  • Conducts all facets of reservation procedures, sets tee times to include collecting green fees, processing credit card charges, refunds, and deposits using computerized system
