Google Cloud Native Architect

Capgemini is hiring a Google Cloud Native Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role focuses on cloud architecture, microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, APIs, DevOps, and application modernization while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Design and implement cloud-native solutions using GCP services, architect applications using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage, define security, compliance, and governance standards for enterprise cloud platforms, and more.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in cloud-native application architecture and development
• 3+ years working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong expertise in GCP services and cloud-native application design
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Spring Boot Framework, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Possess a solid understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and enterprise integration patterns
• Utilize CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Maven/Gradle, and JIRA
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation using Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager
