Role OverviewThe Gourmet Busser's primary responsibility is to assist the Gourmet Food Servers in serving guests while providing courteous and prompt tableside service to all guests. Must keep a clean workstation and ensure guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Set up bus tubs, set and reset tables, stack and stock side stations, pre-bus and bus tables, assist servers with service steps, and maintain general cleanliness in side stations during service periods.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a Bus/Runner working in a similar resort setting
- At least 1 year of previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast-paced environment with food service experience
- Ability to balance and carry a cocktail tray loaded with glassware
- Ability to respond properly to simple questions concerning the style of cuisine and basic food knowledge
- Ability to describe, discuss, and answer questions related to coffee, tea, and water varieties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
