This role entails the design, development, and facilitation of various instructor-led and on demand courses, utilizing software tools such as Articulate 360, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Canva, and a Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery and tracking of trainings.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Four (4) years’ experience in Human Resources, social services, marketing, or public relations
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • One (1) year of experience in developing eLearning with design software (Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar)
  • One (1) or more years of experience with SharePoint
  • Experience in public speaking
  • Experience designing, developing, and facilitating courses
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theories
