Job Description
The Florida Department of Corrections is seeking a Government Operations Consultant I to provide administrative support and services to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department. The position involves receiving and logging public record requests, consulting with department employees, and responding to inquiries from field staff and the public.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of experience processing criminal history records, HIPAA, or Freedom of Information Act requests.
  • One (1) year of experience using online software for management of Public Record Requests.
  • Support of knowledge, skills, and abilities should be demonstrated on the application, in the education, in the work experience, in the work sample, in the interview and/or during reference checks.
