Role OverviewThe incumbent will provide service delivery activities, including contractor monitoring and review, technical assistance, and contractor service delivery quality control for the USDA Child Care Food Program. The incumbent will be required to complete a certification twice a year stating that all time worked has been on the Child Care Food Program. The incumbent will receive supervision and direction from the North Region Supervisor of the Field Operations Section of the Bureau of Childcare Food Programs.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will monitor and review Child Care Food Program contractors' program compliance, complete written reports within required timeframes, and disseminate reports and conduct follow-up monitoring as needed. The incumbent will provide technical assistance, training, guidance, and counsel to Child Care Food Program contractors, including providing a definitive interpretation of program requirements and conducting pre-approval visits to prospective contractors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years of professional related experience
- Ability to interpret federal and state regulations and procedures, analyze processes, identify problems, and implement corrective actions
