Role OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end accountability for VIGILINT's program performance, including deployed personnel, operational readiness, contractual commitments, financial results, and customer relationships.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager will lead VIGILINT's ILS2 program, build and lead distributed teams, and translate complex operational requirements into reliable execution.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Program Management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or Active Project Management Professional Certification
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Experience with US Government contracts from the Industry side strongly preferred
- Master of Business Administration degree from an accredited college or university desired
- Deployed military experience preferred
