Role OverviewSupport the Center’s Government Furnished Property (GFP) mission by managing and accounting for government property. Assist CORs with administrative management and accountability of GFP associated with service contracts.
What You Will Do
Track, maintain, and reconcile government property throughout its lifecycle. Utilize government systems and databases to research, track, and report property information. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and status updates for government stakeholders and CORs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have hands-on experience in GFP, acquisition, contract administration, property accountability, or inventory management within a government contracting environment. Proficiency with PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment) and experience using the PIEE GFP Module to track and manage government property.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Experience in managing or supporting Government Furnished Property (GFP)
- Background in acquisition, contract administration, property management, or inventory management
- Proficiency with PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment)
- Experience using the PIEE GFP Module to track and manage government property
- Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to track, reconcile, and maintain accurate property records
- Experience aligned with one or more of the following federal career series: GS-1102 – Contracting, GS-1101 – General Business & Industry, GS-1103 – Industrial Property Management, GS-2010 – Inventory Management
