Job Description
Crescent Capital Group LP is an alternative asset manager with approximately $46 billion of assets under management. The GP-LP Solutions group focuses on providing innovative financing solutions to private markets firms, funds, and investors.

Requirements

  • Spearheading due diligence, preparation of investment memoranda and other written materials and analyses
  • Contribute to sourcing and origination efforts with intermediaries and sponsor counterparties
  • Contribute to preparation of term sheets, presentations, and other documentation through all phases of the investment process
  • Build / oversee development of detailed financial models and scenario analyses, incorporating bottoms-up analysis and fund-level modeling
  • Monitor existing investments within the portfolio and manage counterparty relationships
  • Participate in fund-level portfolio management and oversight activities
  • Actively engage with teams across Crescent to drive synergies and contribute to platform-wide initiatives
