Role OverviewThe Business Systems Analyst I (BSA) is a liaison between end-users/clients, GPS staff members and other MedImpact departments. The role reviews, analyzes, and evaluates basic to moderately complex business systems and user needs.
What You Will Do
Provides support for both active and terminated MedImpact clients handling GPS related processes, gathers and documents business needs, and develops system design specifications.

Requirements
- AA and 4+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Visio, Golden, Design software, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge of JAVA, On-line transaction processing (OLTP), Integrated development platforms, and relational databases
- Basic understanding of Medicaid, government-sponsored healthcare programs, pharmacy benefit management, claims processing, eligibility, prior authorization, reporting, or related healthcare operations
