Role Overview

The Graduate Admissions Officer oversees all Admissions responsibilities for the graduate program in conjunction with the Admissions Committee. They provide vision, leadership, and direction for the department by facilitating the recruitment and selection of qualified graduate applicants for admission.

What You Will Do

The Graduate Admissions Officer will work with the Dean, the Director of Operations, and the Data Manager to determine the strategic directions and objectives of the admissions department. They will lead admissions functions, strategies, and procedures to handle the assessment of applications and ensure all strategic targets and metrics are in line for each incoming class.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in admissions and recruiting
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Campus Vue, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of office administration practices and procedures
  • Fluency in English including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
