As a Graduate NA, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
What You Will Do
Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing professionals, including taking and recording residents’ temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and assisting residents with ambulation, transfers, positioning, and mobility.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have graduated from an approved Nurse Assistant (NA) training course within the past 60 days in the state where you will practice
- Must be able to obtain Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification within 120 days of hire
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions necessary to perform the job
- Ability to communicate positively and respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and supervisors
- A willingness to support and assist fellow team members
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- Ability to meet applicable health requirements, including a post-employment physical exam if required
- Must successfully complete required drug screening, criminal background check, and reference verification
