Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing professionals while helping create a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have graduated from an approved Nurse Assistant (NA) training course within the past 60 days in the state where you will practice.
- Must be able to obtain Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification within 120 days of hire.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions necessary to perform the job.
- Ability to communicate positively and respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and supervisors.
- A willingness to support and assist fellow team members.
- Reliable attendance and dependability.
- Ability to meet applicable health requirements, including a post-employment physical exam if required.
- Must successfully complete required drug screening, criminal background check, and reference verification.
