Job Description
The Graduate Nurse CTSICU position is responsible for providing care to cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and transplant patients in the 24-bed CTSICU at Allegheny General Hospital. The unit provides post-surgical ICU care and nurses are trained to scrub and circulate on the floor, as well as provide support and treatment to patients with mechanical circulatory devices. Requirements

  • Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
  • Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
  • Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
  • Current State of PA RN licensure or Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) or license eligible
  • CPR certification
