Role OverviewAs a Grain Operations Specialist, you will work with the largest coop in the U.S. in a fun and safe work environment. You will be responsible for carrying out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including developing and maintaining knowledge of commodities handled at the location and complying with company policy and government regulations.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include working with customers in a courteous and professional manner, preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks, and monitoring and maintaining quality of inventory.

Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
