Job Description
Provide leadership to Rooms and Engineering Division, ensuring quality guest service and maximizing departmental profits. Implement daily quality process, communicate with staff, and supervise budgeting and forecasting. Work closely with General Manager to establish policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition
  • Professional appearance and manner at all times
  • Ability to communicate well with guests
  • Willingness to help coworkers with their job duties and be a team player
  • Complex mathematical skills and considerable skill in the use of a calculator
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Ability to be mobile for significant distances between and within buildings on the property
  • Ability to observe performance and detect signs of emergency situations
