Role OverviewThe Grant Administrator oversees the administration of grants and P.L. 93-638 Contracts, ensuring accurate and efficient collection and reporting of grant/contract data, maintenance of workflow processes, and grant/contract compliance. This role works closely with the Program Director and Finance team to track expenditures, deliverables, compliance, and other grantor reporting needs. The Grant Administrator prepares and maintains records digitally and in files to monitor all grants and P.L. 93-638 contracts.
What You Will Do
The Grant Administrator will perform various tasks, including preparing and managing grant proposals, maintaining current Reporting Matrix and timeline, working with the Program Director and Finance to track expenditures and deliverables, and ensuring grant/contract compliance. The Grant Administrator will also prepare and maintain records digitally and in files to monitor all grants and P.L. 93-638 contracts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Experience in tribal governments, tribally-led organizations, foundations, nonprofits, or the private sector (desirable)
