Role OverviewThe Grant Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of grant funding initiatives, including identification, development, submission, and post-award management.

Leads the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of grant opportunities, develops and submits high-quality grant proposals, manages a portfolio of grants, and ensures compliance with funding requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in grant writing, grant development, and grant management.
- Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and private funding sources, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong expertise in grant writing, proposal development, and narrative strategy.
- Ability to develop and manage complex grant budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent grants and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial and programmatic data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with executive leadership, finance, and operational teams.
- High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
