Grant Program Manager

As our Grant Program Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and tracking of grant activities under the Director of Community Health, assisting funders in achieving public health initiatives. You will identify and implement significant operating efficiencies for optimal grant fund utilization, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team for program referrals.

What You Will Do

Manage grant projects, focusing on improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of operations through project work, consultation, training, and reporting. You will also serve as the resident expert in your grant program, continuously updating your knowledge through education and networking.

Requirements

• Bachelors Other in a related field or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in grant writing and fundraising in health care or a nonprofit organization with a record of success in securing grants from corporations and foundations
