Role Overview

As a Grant Program Specialist II, you will support our Federal government client by delivering substantive programmatic, technical assistance, and monitoring support across the contract task areas. You will work directly with Federal staff and grant recipients to strengthen recipient capacity, support compliance with Federal grant requirements, and contribute to program reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include delivering and coordinating training and technical assistance activities, supporting monitoring and evaluation activities, assisting with annual grant competition support activities, and supporting communications and outreach activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, public policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience supporting Federal discretionary/demonstration grant programs, grants management, program administration, or technical assistance delivery.
  • Working knowledge of federal grants management policy and regulations, including 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance), Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) requirements, and applicable program-specific statutory or regulatory guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse recipient populations, including low-income, rural, Tribal, or other historically underserved communities.
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) determination.
