Job Description
The Grant Accountant I will be responsible for compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and submitting expense and quarterly reports to relevant fund sources. This role involves managing grant spenddown, exercising independent judgment, and monitoring compliance with grant guidelines. The position requires maintaining accounting records and assisting with fundraising-source audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 0-2 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with grants and billing preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
