Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Grants and Contracts Specialist to support the administration of sponsored research by coordinating the full lifecycle of grant awards from application submission through closeout. The position prepares and submits applications to federal funding agencies and research foundations, oversees award setup and maintenance, and monitors grant expenditures to ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines, Uniform Guidance, and institutional policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in business or public administration with emphasis on customer service in financial or contracting position
