Role OverviewThe Grants Program Administrator will lead program oversight, policy creation and implementation, and serve as shareholder contact for the Office of Community Enhancements. This position will assist the Grants and Program Lead with data collection, monitoring tools, connecting with shareholders and stakeholders within the Office of Community Enhancements (OCE).
What You Will Do
Coordinate program development, administrative management, reporting, and grant closeout. Provide financial and administrative advice and support to designated program staff. Oversee project design and implementation and approval.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Public Policy, City and Regional Planning, or related area
- Substantial experience in working with building codes
- Knowledge of Lead Based Paint Regulations
- Lead license preferable but must be willing to complete lead training within three months of hire
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of database and reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels including executive level
