Role Overview

The Grants and Projects Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to multiple senior scientists (Principal Investigators [PIs]) by assisting with administrative, organizational, and research support tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth research operations.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include reviewing and submitting grant applications, participating in grant report submissions, reviewing spending, assembling budgets, and maintaining budgetary records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Two (2) years of administrative/financial support-related experience

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail, dependability, and willingness to learn
