Role OverviewThe Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist is a creative, hands-on role that pairs a strong graphic design skill set with broader marketing execution. Design is the anchor of the role — this person will regularly create polished, on-brand visuals such as brochures, email designs, social media graphics, and marketing collateral using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite. Alongside design, they will help plan and execute marketing activities across social media, email campaigns, and content, and contribute copywriting and ideas that keep the flyExclusive brand consistent and engaging.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include designing and producing print and digital collateral, creating engaging social media graphics and templates, building and maintaining reusable templates and brand assets in Canva, preparing production-ready files for print and digital output, and serving as a steward of the flyExclusive brand.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated graphic design experience with a portfolio of work
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand-consistent work across print and digital
- Hands-on experience designing brochures, email designs, and social media graphics
- Experience with social media management and email marketing execution
