Role OverviewThe Graphic Design Specialist plays a key role in advancing the Firm's brand through high-level creative execution, visual strategy, and independent design judgment across a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives.
What You Will Do
Independently manage multiple concurrent design projects, setting priorities and timelines in alignment with marketing leadership. Collaborate directly with attorneys, Events Managers, Content Managers, Client Development Managers, Practice Development Attorneys, and the Marketing Technology Manager to translate strategic objectives into effective visual solutions.

Requirements
- Advanced design expertise with demonstrated ability to exercise independent creative judgment

- Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration and client-service orientation when working with attorneys and business professionals
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation/CRM tools (HubSpot or DealCloud preferred)
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and technologies preferred
- Experience with basic video editing preferred
- Strong understanding of print production, typography, color theory, and digital design standards
- Working familiarity with legal advertising regulations
- Portfolio of digital, print, and presentation design samples required
