Role OverviewThe Graphic Designer - Presentations will provide presentation services for clients, utilizing proprietary technology and expertise to deliver sustainable solutions with the lowest possible environmental impact. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day onsite per week on Thursdays.
What You Will Do
The Graphic Designer - Presentations will perform work in presentation design, including creating pitch books and materials, editing and error correcting multiple document types, and communicating with team members and clients.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year presentations experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
- Skilled in the use of MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio as examples)
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills
- Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents (Adobe PDF & Creative Suite)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to apply intermediate requisite knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Ability to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
