Job Description
Designblendz is seeking a Graphic Designer who can fluently blend traditional design craft with modern AI-assisted workflows. The ideal candidate produces high-quality, on-brand work at scale, understands why traditional design principles still matter, and treats AI as a force multiplier rather than a crutch.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range across print, digital, and presentation work
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted design workflows and tools
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and composition
  • Ability to prompt AI tools effectively and edit their output with a critical eye
  • Excellent file organization, version control, and production discipline
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
