Role Overview

The Graphic Designer plays a key role within the Creative Services Department, leading the development of high-quality visual communications across print, digital, social media, events, presentations, and web platforms. This position combines strong creative execution with project ownership, requiring a designer who can independently manage multiple priorities while delivering compelling, brand-consistent solutions that support organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven professional graphic design experience, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, branding, and design execution
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express required; After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout design, digital marketing, and visual storytelling
  • Solid understanding of design principles, print production, and digital publishing
  • Experience with photography, illustration, animation, and interactive media is a plus
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Valid and current Driver’s License required
