Job Description
At the direction of Marketing & PR leadership, the Junior Graphic Designer supports Springbrook Partners and its affiliates by producing marketing content that aligns with Springbrook’s brand and communication goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience (internships or equivalent experience acceptable).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles, layout, and printing practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Creative, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
