Role OverviewYou will be responsible for reviewing and preparing artwork for production, ensuring quality and consistency in the accessories pipeline. This role exists to bridge the connective tissue between creative assets and production output, and to maintain the standards that protect quality at scale. You will work on the continued growth of our corporate and SMU programs, reworking graphics to keep within brand standards while accommodating requests from our clients.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and business units to meet development deadlines, preparing artwork packages to production-ready standards, and reviewing graphic strike-offs for print and color quality. You will also support eCommerce with the creation of images for our website and facilitate the flow of mechanical artwork from LIG to vendors.

Requirements
- Prior production art experience with headwear and accessories
- Graphic design portfolio that shows a strong command of typography, color, and design principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on Mac OS
- Working knowledge of various accessory embellishment techniques
- Experience with vendor communication
- Working knowledge of product lifestyle management system/s
- Ability to learn new technologies and software
