Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a college as a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Broadcast Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A 'doer' mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves, pick up a tool, and tackle a technical challenge head-on.
  • Tech curiosity with a foundational understanding of professional audio/video equipment, computer networking, and operating systems.
  • Strong work ethic with urgency, organization, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' spirit.
  • Reliability to commit to the full 10-week program, the 25-hour weekly schedule, and the occasional flexible hour.
  • Physical readiness with the ability to perform basic physical tasks, including bending and lifting to 50 lbs.
